IBStrong strength and conditioning was created to unlock your true human potential. Utilizing the five components of fitness, you will use the necessary tools to live a life unrestricted, while increasing your athleticism. Trainings incorporate, bodyweight movements, kettle bells, TRX, barbells, strongman equipment, ropes, medicine balls, and/or sleds. Exercise progressions will vary based on your fitness level in these group structured classes.
